About

CrossFit Blackheath is the sister box to CrossFit Catford. After the success in Catford, we wanted more people to experience what we offer, so CrossFit Blackheath was born.

CrossFit Blackheath has a special focus on strength training. We passionately believe that all our members should be taught how to lift a barbell well from day 1. We love beginners, we love people who want to learn new skills, we love people who want to get better and we want to be there to guide you through your fitness journey the best we can. With a huge variety in classes from Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit, to Gymnastics and Mobility there really is something for everyone. So drop us a message, come by and say Hi and join our incredible community.
